Findability: An Important Concept!

The latest video in the top 10 series is "#5: Conduct a findability challenge" in which we describe the process of assessing findability and offer an example with Amazon.com.



Your site probably presents users with multiple options. A findability challenge will determine how easily they can identify and execute on a specific option from those choices. By running findability challenges for each option, you will learn how to strike a balance in your site design, so that you can accommodate multiple visitors, each of whom have diverse goals to accomplish on your site.
